Just Setting Up A Nano And A Few Silly Questions.

Ok in the LFS yesterday they were the ones that my dad seemed to like the most.

Cardinals (I like pyjamas) will pair up (ignore seffies soon to come rant about cardinals) they will also be fine in that size tank.

Pffffttttt, I suppose as they never move and just 'hang' there they would be perfect for a small tank, not sure you can have them in twos though, can you, unless a proven pair?

i agree with you now after seeing em in a shop.
all they do is float and do nothing.
a half dead fish does more than them

Banggai Cardinals should be kept alone.

Ah, i see, of course, big eyes = only gets active after dark (nocturnal)........wander if its the same for humans

I love my cardinal. He sits and bobs up and down but he's funny!! He hosts an anemone and is so placid its unreal!! My clowns always get angry with him and have a go and he just moves to a different one. Now he's starring at my elegance!! Wierd fish but cool!!

My pj cardinal follows a certain hermit crab around, only one though, ice never seen it do it to another hermit just this one.
The hermit seems not to mind bit it's funny to watch.

How did you end up with water in your mouth! Sounds like you siphon the old skool way!.

Whats wrong with just dipping both ends of the hose/pipe etc under the water, wait for the bubbles to escape, put your finger over one end while taking it out the water and into a bucket/container!...Job done!.......and with a dry mouth!
