I know....and that pic was taken a week ago. These guys are growing on at a great rate compared to our other spawns.

This is another from that spawn showing more of Mum's purple colouring.

So what tail type would you call it though? Definitely going to have to try it before I sell him!

Not too sure yet on these until they grow a bit more. We're planning to spawn siblings to eventually get PKCTs but may have to bring in more PK to keep the fins shorter and reduce the ray extentions on the dorsal and anal and increase the ray extentions on the caudal. Interesting project and will take a while before we get exactly what we want.

OMG! That fish is stunning! My LFS has pulled a little male PK out of the female tank, he's looking beat up and miserable but he's got a great body shape and his colours are identical. I might risk buying him now cause yours looks great!!!
