Pic 2 looks like you have a finger leather being supressed by the leather toad there. I would split them up ASAP as the finger wont open stuck onto the tooad like that.
And the red tree coral looks fine to me. as long as it has extended polyps and is not limp this generally means they are just fine

Since the pic of this "red tree coral" it has shrunk!

well you have two choices with the split issue.. as the toad looks well I would leave that attached to the rock and try and easy the other coral of at the bottom. If you do it this way do it in a bucket of salt water taken from the tank as they will release both slime and other nasties when bothered and best not to have that in your tank. I would split them then leave them to settle in another bucket of clean salt water for half an hour then add back to the tank. You can then try and attach the finger leather to another bit of rock, best way is just to try and wedge in a way that it can grow onto the rock itself.
Second way is again a bucket of water to settle, then a hammer and chisel to break the rock down the middle so they both get half. Again rinse and allow to rest before adding back to the tank. This just stops any rubbish they put out going into the tank. I would wear gloves for both procedures too. The laytex kind that doctors wear are best.

As for the red tree coral if you have just moved the tank around that could just be stress. Leathers do tend to go through stages where they rest and shrivel back, then they throw off a slime coat and reopen again. Give it a week and see how it does as the more you move it around and mess with it, the more stressed it will become.
