Just Done Water Tests

ive got a 5ft tank and had the set-up for about 4 years now, results were:

NO-2 Fresh & saltwater nitrate = 0

NH3/NH+4 ammonia = 0

NO-3 Nitrate = 40

PH range = 7.8

are these ok?

ive got 6 angel fish, 1 silver shark, 3 paroon sharks, 5 flying fox and 1 red tail shark

Put No.2 as nitrate lol.

Bala sharks shouldn't really be kept on there own, they need to be in a group of three, there a shoaling fish and don't like being n there own.
