Just Bought Myself A Rack Of Tanks :)

hi guys you all know i keep mbuna and because of the breeding i have just purchased a rack of 3ft tank's and a couple of smaller tank's in pic at top of stand so will be setting it up over the coming days, so i am looking for suggestions on how best to run it ie heaters, filters, air lines.

it has come with the white tubing to run the air through, altogether i can run 12 air lines that can be controlled indvidually, just need suggestions on pond pumps make/models.

thinking of partioning a couple of tanks but can not decided to partion one or two any other suggestions you guys may have would be appricated

I don't have cichlids, but I run 4 sponge filters off a Sera precision air pump.
It's quiet & has an adjustable air flow

i have a few tank's dotted around the house so i thought i would buy this and have all my tanks in one place and sell all of my other tanks accept my show tank also the guy i bought this of has another rack of 4ft tanks and he said it may come up for sale, and i asked him to let me know has i may be interested.

Are these F1's mate? I've just picked up some Wild Tropheops Higga Reef's and labeotropheus trewavasae higga reef's. Ive wanted these for sooo long, every time ive bought wilds these never seemed to be available. So if your interested in some young of these when they get breeding, honestly both these species are stunning and really chuffin rare im sure.

loving every minute m8, got my eye on a 6x2x2 aqua one tank seller is only asking £150, my wifes wants me to set it up in our bedroom.
no these are not F1's i have never bought WC fish, i would love some of the young of you maybe a swap with any of mine, i dont know where you are based pm me your location m8.

yes i am based in doncaster, south yorkshire abit to far to travel but i am looking into posting fish ie boxes, heatpacks, bag buddies and fish bags

thanks the stand has been professionally built by a joiner, it's top quality just needs staining or painting to suit decor, also the guy has another rack of 4ft tank's he may sell so i have asked him to give me the first refusal

Yes, I don't drive so mail order is the only way as my lfs don't seem to get saulosi or flavus.

I've just bought a 4 foot tank that will become a cichlid tank, after seeing my mates' tank and falling in love with them! I'm not to far away in Lancashire, so I'll be keeping an eye on how you get on!
