will fish eat banana's

and is it safe for them to eat???

Sorry Never tried it before. I know certain fish eat some Salad like cucumber and lettuce.

I suppose it wouldn't hurt to try?

I've never tried but i believe others here have

...it would kinda depend on the fish you're thinking of feeding it to aswell

I fed them with a bit of boiled cucumber yesterday night but they didn't touch it! They watched the little green cube falling into the bottom, nipped it, then went away! Never touched it again!

On the other hand, Ginger (my hamster) luuuuve it a lot!!

So at the end, I had to take the green cube out of the tank...

Yep!!! I feed my Loaches some Banana every two weeks. I only keep in the tank for 2 hours and remove it when chomped on!

Have you tried not boiling cucumber. I just Slice a piece off and in it goes. My Plec loves it.

don't know about bananas but oranda goldfish like oranges. I saw it at Petco. Wouldn't that ruin the water by putting oranges in the water??

Wow. I've never heard of using fruit, just vegies.
I've never boiled cucumber, I just plop it right in. Could boiling take anything out of the cucumber?
