Jungle products

i bought jungle water safe plus, and it says that it removes chlorine, ammonia, and regulates the ph(i just find this hard to believe) and at the same store i bought it they have a whole section dedicated to jungle products, and they seem to have a solution for every problem. I was thinking of stocking up on these products, just incase of anything, but i don't know if they are worth it.
any suggestions?

The only one I tried was the jungle-fizz Ich tabs.

I only used it once, it seemed to work well. (I had the temp at 85F for 2 weeks, so I'm not sure if it was the meds or the temp that killed it).
