Jumpy Guppy

I got a female guppy the other day and when i got home to put her in with the other guppys (i didnt know their sexes because the pet store idiot) when i put her in i saw which i now know is a male go chasing her trying to get some attention Then i relized she was a she and he was a he. So i know i had to act fast so i got her to a smaller tank (1 gallon w/ air) and i she hates it. She is always trying to jump. What should I do Im not sure if im ready for little guppys. :

I think you'll have to bite the bullet and put her in with the male, she really won't like it in a small tank

If you got her at a store, chances are that she is already pregnant. unless the store seperated them
