i have 3 julii cories that i feed sinking wafers and flake food. is there anything else i should be feeding them? i have available freeze dried daphnia, frozen mysis, frozen brine, cyclop-eeze (sw food), formula 2 (sw food for herbivores & omnivores) and freeze dried bloodworms.

thanks.

I was told they like bloodworm, frozen or live, as when they drop to the floor they will be there for the corys. Some like algae wafers, but mine dont touch it.

they LOVE blood worms, but mine dont touch the algae warfers either..just my hikari sinkin warfers

mine are wardley sinking wafers. i am not sure they're algae wafers, i think they just say sinking wafers on the package. i think i might switch to hikari though because i'm not sure the cories are really eating the wardley, they seem to disintegrate before the cories get to them.

Hi veen :)

If you are feeding them Wardley's spriulina discs, they are a very good food for the corys. They should also have some live or frozen food as a regular part of their diet too. If you can get live blackworms or tubifex worms at your lfs, they would love them, but frozen bloodworms are a good source of protein too. It's well worth the effort to seek them out. :D
