Yes and yes, and for me my glue isn’t sticking to it so I’m running into problemsIsn't gold leaf extremely hard to use because it tears and wrinkles easily?
It also is edible right? It can be used on cakes and stuff I think, right?... I've been wanting to experiment with it.
Can't wait for pt. 2
Too muchhow much does gold leaf cost these days?
Well that's just wonderful... Sorry there's issues arising for you. Is there any other sort of thing you can use to "attach" the gold leaf to the canvas?for me my glue isn’t sticking to it so I’m running into problems
Ahh ok. I guess it's good to use the faux stuff if its cheaper, looks the same, and it's only for art.Yes gold leaf is edible, mine is faux though (cheaper) so not edible
Isnt everything lolToo much
Yes that is true, but if your experimenting with it then you'd probably want to stick with faux so you can learn how to use ityeh, but using faux gold leaf can tarnish and discolor with time. Gold leaf , well, stays gold.
True! Although if you deal it properly and use the right adhesive for gilding it will not tarnishyeh, but using faux gold leaf can tarnish and discolor with time. Gold leaf , well, stays gold.
