First time using gold leaf
Isn't gold leaf extremely hard to use because it tears and wrinkles easily?
It also is edible right? It can be used on cakes and stuff I think, right?... I've been wanting to experiment with it.
Can't wait for pt. 2 :)

Yes and yes, and for me my glue isn’t sticking to it so I’m running into problems

Yes gold leaf is edible, mine is faux though (cheaper) so not edible

Well that's just wonderful... Sorry there's issues arising for you. Is there any other sort of thing you can use to "attach" the gold leaf to the canvas?

Ahh ok. I guess it's good to use the faux stuff if its cheaper, looks the same, and it's only for art.
Isnt everything lol

yeh, but using faux gold leaf can tarnish and discolor with time. Gold leaf , well, stays gold.
Yes that is true, but if your experimenting with it then you'd probably want to stick with faux so you can learn how to use it
