Juhli Corys

I visited a different pet store over the weekend in search of a pair of Kuhli Loaches since my lfs didnt have any. When I saw the little juhlies in the tank..I couldnt resist (especially since I didnt find the khulis I went in search of). The juhli corys were really young but I thought they were cute so I got 2 of them. Anyone else have these?

Congratulations on your new fish!

Juliis are fine little fish that will get along very well with the corys you already have.

They are often mislabeled in the lfs though. Take a look at this link which will explain how to tell them apart from the similar looking C. trilineatus:

Either one is a great addition to your tank! I have both and enjoy them greatly!

It does look more like a Juhli to me. You live on Long Island...have you ever been to Pets of New Hyde Park? Thats where I bought them.

BTW, hope they are juliis 'cos there much nicer than the trilineatus. I have four trilineatus in my tank but just can't seem to find any julii anywhere near me .

OMG...Inchworm I am so sorry, I didnt notice that mistake. I was asking you ever been there...I'm so sorry. Thanks thebaldranger so much for pointing that out.
