I wrap the moss around anything I can find. A cord, an artificial plant. Anything that will float. I use the artificial plants that are on the plastic discs and float upside down. (The ladies will lay eggs on the leaves of those.) I use the artificial plants that have hooks on them to hang like a climbing plant. I am now using the plastic branches that have fallen off of big plants. If it floats I wrap moss and hair algae around it. The fish love it. It isn't pretty but it works. After awhile the moss gets all thick and balls up and hides the other stuff.
