Jellies?

New question: any recommendations on often should I add the new plankton? Once a week? More/less frequently?

The bottle has no feeding instructions on it, and I don't want to pollute the tank. The bowl's also full of other filter feeders that will be eating the stuff, primarily tunicates and a whole heap of different sponge species that have been accumulating since I first set the bowl up (it's turns into Sponge World if I don't scrub the sides regularly)

The initial bloom of new jellies seems to have settled down a bit...they're a tad bigger, and maybe 3/4 as many as I saw before, but those that have hung around seem to be going strong.

Dosing phyto is always tricky. I say test often for phosphates and nitrates, and if your phyto is increasing nutrients, back off...

Will do. I'll pick up a new phosphate kit before I add any again (should've thought of that before I added it before :X ) I one of those kits at some point in the distant past but it seems to have gone the way of mismatched socks.

Hehe, in your personal case Donya I wouldn't be too worried... You've got lots of macroalgae for natural phosphate export. Should help you out a bunch in the long run ;)
