which way does it face (sucker at the top or bottam)

and i assume you put it in the water?

i just set up mine, the instructions are pretty simple, take off the see through cap fill 1.5ml of water with the syringe and with 2 to 4 drops of reagent, keeping the clear lid upside down press in the black part with the suckers, turn over carefully so no liquid comes out, then put into the tank ensuring the air is still in there and theres a seal, then put it onto a clearly visible space on your glass, about an inch or so under the water, suckers on the bottom facing the glass.

thanks i wernt to sure if you put it in the water on just above (it sounds sill now having it above the water ...)

on mine it said 1 ml and 3 drops?

edit: i assume you turnd yours over outside the tank? so theres are in the black part?
