Java Fern Plantlets? What Do I Do With Them Please.

I have what I believe is new leaves forming on the underside of the big leaves on my java fern. I want to use these when they are ready. My question is how do I know when they are ready to use and how do I cut them off? Do I just cut each one off near the bottom and tie it to something I want it attached to? Also I read normal superglue can be used is that true?

Hi, ive read that when the baby plants get 4/5 leaves to gently pull them off and then plant them onto your driftwood/rock.

This is also starting happen to my Java Fern and I don't know what to do with it.
