I got a 6G long tank given to me last week and i've spent a few hours cleaning and prepping and dividing it off.
Well i found this really great guy who brings bettas over from thailand so i called and went there today and got 4 new boys!
Here they are:
Gulliver the half moon

Un named half moon

and he threw in 2 veils one i don't have a pic of as i gave him to my cousin
and here is Chumley - he got hungry and ate his tail

it's not a great pic of any of them cause they don't know they're home yet.

Green and red halfmoon - Moses (means taken from water)
Plakat - Kaden (means fighter)

alix you pretty much have to order them online at aquabid or elsewhere...

The best way to get great looking bettas is to find a great breeder or importer. It all depends on where you live. I have the luxury of living within driving distance of BC Betta and Fin-omental and Hypnotic Bettas. Try google, I am sure you can find lots of places like that near you too.

I ALMOST bought a pineapple female that would have been sooooo perfect for gulliver...i still have OONNEEE empty tank and i may be able to squeek it in somewhere. I think alberto - the importer who i got them from may even be able to drop her off at my work, since it's just down the street. We'll see
i still don't have room to breed but i may not be able to resist having her just in case!
