As you are a livebearers specialist I'd like to ask you if males Poecilia reticulata or endler can live together in the same tank without females, or is it detrimental for them ? Do I suffer anthropomorphism ?

An all one sex tank shouldn't be a problem. Only thing that might happen is a hierarchy. So, a pecking order. Males tend to challenge another to see what their position within a group might be. When they know their place, the challenges amongst eachother will be over. But it also happens that nothing happens between them. But you don't have to be worried in case of a pecking order moment in the tank.
The endlers might be somewhat more vivid in comparison to the guppies (in case the guppies have larger finnage). Because , short finned specimens tend to swim faster and move more.

KH 9 ?
22-23°C ?
NO3 below 15 ?
NH3 NO2 obviously undetectable.

I like the black pectoral fins. You should try and make the entire pectoral fin black and call them something like ivory panda fin guppies. nice healthy fish too, good job
