i have been having lazer treatment on my eyes and came back from the hospital and the tank was very cloudy and i thought ohhh not whats gone wrong

so i got the hose out to do a big WC and saw the 2 pups

If you hadnt have found them reasonably quickly would they have been at risk of being eaten by your other fish?

Also how many pups do rays usually give birth to?

i think the tigers and aro would have been fine with the pups

but the flagtail and the tigrinus may have been a problem

the amount of pups depends on the size of the mother she is only 12-13inch so 2-4 would have been about right the less pups the largewr they are so 2 is good

for a full grown adult female of 14-16inch 5-7 pups is normal

their is a faily big size diffrence between my 2 one is about 1/2inch biger than the other the smaller pup is a better feeder
