Its Killing My Gouramis :(

Hi guys i dont know what is going on but definitely something is happening with them. Two days ago on of my gourami lost his tail... on the next day i noticed something white that "grew" on his tail and looked like fungus. Today i noticed something new happening to my fishes :

i dont know much about gouramis but that looks like a fungal infection to me

so i gotta buy some anti-fungus medication?
