It's Here! Suggestions?

Yehp! The Trilineatus are the ones I like. Thankyou for clearing that up :) Something new I've learnt today!

The Trilineatus Corys also go by the name of False Julii, I bought 3 of them myself & I'm love the little buggers. I waiting for the store to get some more in, or maybe I'll add 3 Pandas instead to break things up a bit.

Its not that easy breeding cory's.
They will allmost never breed on their own.

Even cleaning the windows a day before the critters think of spanwing will ruin it :)
they like a dirty tank (not dirty chemically, dirty as in 'not shiny', with algae and everything)

They need the hot cold cycle. (simulates a dry day/rainy day) plus the water needs to be soft! (not the liquid limestone that comes out of the tap in belgium!)
Then (in most cases) you need at least 4-5 males per female so they can chase her and corner her (like humins ej ;D?)

etc etc :)
If you'd want to breed them in that tank, you'll certainly be able to, but you'll have to read up on the how to...

But in time you'll certainly be able to breed them if you play your cards right!

EDIT: i just noticed you were probably talking about the raphael catfish... whoops :D sry!

Actually, I wasn't all that inquisitive, on the topic of breeding them. XD

I still really liked your brief summary, as it gives me a better understanding of the process, which sounds like such an experience, for both the caretaker and the fish. I must attempt this in the distant future.
