Its Doing My Head In Now Filter Keeps Falling Off

Hi, I have a small 20lts setup with a aqua one 101f filter it has small suckers on the back every time i attach it 24hrs later it floating in the tank
does any one now how to fix this..

I brought loads of 20mm and 30mm ones off eBay for just a few quid

The Juwel Mini filter in my 54l regularly comes lose using the four suckers, so these days I just prop the filter at ~45 degrees, resting on a clean plastic plant pot.
