We do, its actualy called the R.S.P.C.A. in some states, A.S.P.C.A in others. I got a doggy from there too once long ago!

Yeah,if you try calling them about fish...they completely wet all over themselves They'll transfer you here and there...then over there Nobody knows how to handle the situation when it comes to fish.

I've never been in that situation, but I can guarentee they do exactly that. I'll bet you they transfer you to every section just so everyone can get a laugh, yea, real funny until they are sued and shut down.
