Im a proud new parent of two ablino cory's.. was wondering if that was enough or should I give them a few more "friends".. tank is a 30gallon.
These guys are so neat, and the cutest things, I hadnt payed much attention to them before at the petstore, but did alittle closer looking and found them to be quite cute and almost "playful" in a way.. Anyways, ya so the question is, will they fair well with just the two, or should or could I get a few more?

Corys do best in groups 3-4+ of their own type, so adding a couple or a lot more albino corys would be good for them :) .
Make sure your substrate (sand, gravel, pebbles etc) is suitable for corys though, fine sand is best, although small, rounded gravel is acceptable. Rough gravel though is bad though as it more than often damages their barbels/whiskers as they feed, causing infections in their barbels like of bacterial or fungal origins, which can be life threatening if left untreated.
Fine sand is best though as it will allow the corys to perform their natural behaviour of filtering the sand through their gill area, collecting food particles in it :) .

Ok sounds good.. the substrate is sand, its fine but has some larger type pebbles mixed in with it too.. thanks..
So I couldnt get another type of cory in there, like a panda cory? Or just stick with the same type?

You could have another type of cory in there if you wanted, but you need to get more albino corys first.
I would also have to warn that panda corys are notoriously fragile/sensitive corys, so if you tank is less than 6months mature or has suffered any water quality problems in the last couple of months, i would definately leave getting panda corys for a bit as they are hard to acclimatise to tanks successfully, so conditions in the tank must be perfect and pristine.
