Is Tiger Eye Safe?

well like the title says; is Tiger eye safe to go in my fish tank?

I have already checked the article on here about rocks but it doesn't mention Tiger eye- any ideas?

as in the quartz stone tigers-eye? I can't see why not just like any other stones out there.
