I'm sorry, is this the right forum for the Hermit-Crabs?

I would like to get some and make them a nice home! First of all, I'd like to get two or so- I couldn't find information about- if they are ok in one Terrarium or if I should rather separate them!

Those of you who got Hermits, could you show me pictures of how you made their home nice and comfie for them- I need Ideas adn overall Tips! I know they need to stay humid and all that but I don't really have ideas of how to make it also nice! I don't just want to put them in some see-through-box with gravel and a sponge as you see it so often!

I dont know whether i am right in thinking this, but dont they belong in marine tanks?

If they're freshwater or brackish or land hermits then yes, this is the right place. (sounds like you're talking about land crabs)

If they're saltwater crabs then tell me and I'll move this to Saltwater Invertebrates & Corals

Yes, I'm talking about Land-Hermits! They only get a little Seashell as a waterdish because they could drown or so, but still ned a lot of humidity!

I went to Petco last evening and it said right threre that htey are very social and like to be kept in little groups! What I don't know now is, how much room do they need- I want to make sure they got enough of it!
