Is this swim bladder?

There is nothing wrong with the fish's swim bladder. It is having a seizure caused by something affecting the brain.

Do a big water change, gravel clean, clean filter and do it now. then get some salt or medication in there otherwise you can lose the lot.

I’ll see if I can find some to get a picture of when I clean. I got some paraguard and some focus and metroplex to mix with the food. It is a new jar of fish food but is it normal for commercial flakes to introduce this?

Fish food is not a likely cause of the issue but when the cause is unknown it is good to consider all possibilities.
