Is This Stocking Ok?

IMO you should be fine with 7 tetras of each species, the 7 cories and the ram. And the snails + Pleco too of course.

ok cool what i want to do is 5 of neon and rummy nose tetras one ram 5 nerite snails one reo negro pleco and like 5 to 7 corys

Like flutter says -- Do not put a Ram in until you know your PH and Hardness as they will likely not survive long at all in hard water.
 
Also don't forget that the Rams will need higher temps than a lot of other fish are comfortable at so make sure you check each species will be ok at the higher temp.

ok i will just give a idea of what my tank is like maybe it will help a bit the tank will have lots of live plants it has a sand bottom rock work and it will have a mid sized piece of drift wood in it i will have 30-40 gallons of filtration i have plant substrate a heater a full hood and i want to have 1 to 2 rams 1 reo negro pleco a school of 7 to 9 rummy nose tetras and 5 to 7 peppered cory catfish it will all be in a 20 gallon long i i hope this helped tell me if this will be fine.
