Is This Reaaly A Female?

hhhmmm yeh although my females atm dont look anymore damaged so if there is anymore damaged then ill definatly remove her

Yes the betta in question is a female just an aggressive one or should we say dominant! remove her or place her in a aseperate breeding trap until you can get some more then reintroduce or she may hound them till they become sick with stress she may not like it much but it's for the best she'll soon get used to it, I love your tank by the way, really like natural planted tanks, the fishes must love it :good: I am thinking that the betta in the last photo is infact a juvenile male though

REALY? U think the last one is male god i hope not i had a male from the same place same colors besides the body that was dark blue so u think its a male......... Does anyone agree cause if so then he needs to go as i have no room i did think perhaps she is a he as the two anal fins are rather long ill try and get a pic of them but they are longer the the other females 8(

Yes, just going by the rather long anal and ventral fins, do you have an age for him? he looks like a youngster so won't start causing trouble just yet! where did you get him from? was it a breeder or fish shop? either way I'm sure they'll exchange him for a female :good:

Hi i got him from seapets age wisw they are defintly not fully grown when i got them on the 24 th of dec last year they where about 1"long :(

ok heres some more pictures for u to help with determining whether this one is male or female :)
