What do you feed your fish?
Does the bloated area feel hard and solid, or soft and filled with fluid?

Poor little mite.

hi

we put algee waffers and pellets plus chiclid food for the firemouth and a mixed flake and frozen blood worms

The bloated area feels very tight and hard with a little water type movement, its gard too explain but i didnt want to feel it to hard in case i hurt it

it look very pain full the spotted raphael is also a litlle fatty but this one seem huge am hoping he is just fat as he is lovery

Just make sure it doesn't feel solid. Tumour.
Epson salt baths to help draw the fluids out.
Internal bacteria medication. (Can you isolate the fish to a hospital tank)
Feed some shelled peas.

Improve the diet with frozen foods like daphnia, brime shrimp.
Green veg. green cabbage, sprouts, peas, broc, spinach,.

To many dried foods can lead to constipation, bloating.
Soak dried foods in tank water before feeding to fish.
