can't see no white spots on fish but they are flicking themselfs on the rocks in tank.

Sounds like it could be the start of it. You could treat the tank with some white spot control now before the spots come out, it is easier to treat before you see the spot than after they are visible.
Once the fish stop flicking themselves on the rocks etc continue to treat the tank for a while to kill off any of the parasite which could be remaining in the gravel etc.

I wouldn't treat for a disease unless you're positive your fish has it(like visible small dots). Treating a fish with meds before knowing the disease may only further stress a fish and make it more suseotible to disease.
Fish will flick for many reasons, one being ich, another could be something wrong with their environment. Test your water for ammonia, nitrites, and high nitrates that could be bothering your fish. When i saw my fish "flick" awhile back it was because of elevated nitrites.

cool thx it maybe amonia then i have it too high the now just started doing water changes and reducing feeding a lil to get it back to 0.

yeh its a new tank about 2 weeks old but i did get some gravel from a friends tank and sat my filter sponges in his tank for a couple of days.

Definitely the ammonia is the problem then. You should've tested your water for ammonia and nitrite before introducing fish b/c these will suffocate fish quite quickly. Continue to do daily30% water changes to keep lowering ammonia and to increase oxygen levels up to help prevent aggainst suffocation. Or you can leave your water level down so the water gets circulated more often.
