Is This 'hole In The Head'?

Is this 'hole in the head', or is it the fishes sensory bits? The ones around the 'nose' area sorta look like it is HITH, but they are in the same place on each side of the head...which makes me wonder...

This was my first thought, but if you look a little closer there are some other strange spots above and beneath the eye. The ones around the nose area are definitely nostrils. The one behind the eye in the last pic looks kind of fuzzy...is this the case?

Nothing to worry about They are perfectly normal on a discus, and all mine have them
