What are it’s tank mates? Anything aggressive?
For right now, clean water is your best option. If it is fungus, medication will be needed.

Part of the swimming is due to the current in the tank but if the fish sinks to the bottom when it stops swimming, then it has a swim bladder problem, and they can't be treated.
