I'm brand new to all this. I just set my aquarium up a couple of weeks ago. I bought a few platty today and when I got them home I noticed some silvery splots on the bodies of two of them.
I don't know if this is disease or not, but they are in isolation until I find out.
I took a photo of the fish so that you can take a look and tell me if this is disease or not.

If it is a disease I'd appreciate any advice on what I should do about it.
