Is This Fin Rot Or Just One Of My Females Being To Aggressive

so yesterday i noticed that some thing was wrong with one of my females (Pearl) fins and idk i might be wrong on this but i think it might be fin rot because all of her fins were fine saturday nice and full but then sunday they were half way gone so i thought it was from the newest female i put in a week ago cus shes been going up and nipping every ones fin every so often but she really hasnt touched pearl, she didnt let any one near her yesterday

i watched her yesterday and she just sat there in one spot and really wasnt social with every one else, today she was a little bit she was at the front of the tank here are some pictures

If it's happened in one day, I'd say it was the new female.
Fin rot usually takes a while to do that much damage

i had a strange feeling it would be the new girl which is kinda sucks because there really isnt a whole lot of fighting that goes on in the tank until the new girl came along but she is the one that starts but they just ignore her and swim away

Can you divide the tank or have a time out with her?

ya thats what im doing im gonna put her in time out for a bit see if she calms down if not ill divide my tank

usually i keep the new ones i get in a big bowl i kept from my first betta so they can get use to seeing each other for a full day and let them out during the night and have them spend the night in the bowl and let them out the next day it worked for me for all my females but i kinda got relaxed bout it because they started showing no aggression towards the new one

are you sure its female? generally if its last in it won't cause too much hastle

Ya I'm sure it's a female, I've had another one sit and pick at my others before
