Is this fin rot? If yes what should I do?

Everytime my fish died It's seems like I feel "failing" and "giving up" thats why im not active on forum lately, also Ocd makes it worse.

You need to keep fish that are less fussy and build up your skills. Success with them will help build up a more positive attitude. Then try something a little more difficult and slowly work your way up to problem fish like discus.
