it probably isnt legal, but since when has ebay cared about that? (not supposed to sell live fish but them do)

instead of advertising it as a 'fighting box' and gettin negative things said about it and poor sales, he/she could sell that as a breeding box..

plus we have all seen much much worse than this... photo frame wall tanks? coffee table tanks??


plus need i remind you all of our local lfs who supply little kids with them horrible tacky 4lt plastic containers and call them tanks, telling them they can have 2-3 goldfish in there?

Betta fighting is common practice where these are being sold from. Lots of Asian countries have huge betta fighting matches and people put bets on them....

In Thailand this probably is legal unfortunately. Betta fighting is big business there for those in the game, and people sometimes bet a lot of money on the fights.

i was about to say the same, the seller is from singapore, so to them, its normal iirc, but i agree, making ANY animal fight for pleasure is WRONG

ummmmmmm, where is this cruel. a flaring bout usually lasts a few minutes. There is a divider, so they are not actually in contact with each other. fighting has changed alot in recent years, i believe alot are practicing this method more instead of actual contact fights.
