Is This Enough Light?

is a 18watt T8 light enough light to grow riccia in a 96litre tank?

how are you growing it? if its floating then most likely yes. if its attached down at the bottom of the tank i dont know... iv got 1.2wpg and im hoping to replace hairgrass with riccia. im going to say give it a go and see how it go's

its doing well in my 3.2 wpg (sig tank)

How deep is the tank? Thats less than 1 wpg if im not mistaken? If thats the case, you might be able to sustain it but I wouldnt count on it growing fast.

its 14 inches deep its only a temporary measure ffor about 3weeks unitl i upgrade my lighting as i have bought a 25 watt light to go with my current 18 watt bulb. but my friend is getting rid of the moss this sunday as long as it stays alive for the 3 weeks thats all thats important really.

you can float it for 3 weeks.- it grows like mad
and riccia is not a moss. its a liverwort
