These are new! there are what look like eyelashes attached to the fins of most of the corys with seemingly fine grains of sand stuck to them. The betta remains fine. I noticed after I briefly took them out of the tank into a bag while i changed the substrate to a different sand. Are we thinking this is something else than an excess of mucus? still it remains that they are acting totally normal and are bombing around the tank and playing with the bubble wall
