judging from 10 min on google i found this
scientific name for aluminum catfish Gephyroglanis longipinnis OR Chrysichthys brevibarbis
I image searched the both of them and the latter i found some pictures of a older looking example and it was much more metallic looking than the one you have pictured here however it was hard to find a conclusive answer as there is not a lot of info about this fish, the second scientific name did not even have a common name for the fish and was named in 1899 by a man named Boulenger.
Also the dorsal fin placement and structure of the fish you have pictured does not appear to match
