Only reason i ask is my fish have been in contact with a possible worm carrying Guppy

She seems to have been like this for a few months. The oldest male Cory chases her then she chases him but ive never seen any eggs, They are in a 30G with 4 Juvenile & 1 adult Guppy,All males
