She's been like that a few week do you think I should get a fry net an put her In?

Just leave her to it, fry nets are very small and stressful for a fish the size of a swordtail, and you don't know exactly when she's going to drop to time putting her in to it for the least amount of time. She will be fine in a quiet spot among some plants, probably dropping at night or early morning. If you see any surviving fry and want to keep them, they can go in a breeding net.
