Red spots on skin can be caused by:
Regarding the small red dot, small pinprick like haemorrhages (called petechiae) can be due to a local lesion, a generalised septicaemia or toxaemia caused by acute viral and bacterial infections.


How big are the white spots do they look like grains of salt or bigger, do the have a circling of red around them, or a red centre in the middle.
Need to look at your stocking and water stats.

but i think it must be bacterial thing which was caued it


the plec seens better now coz the white stuff is not comong off him anymore its just like got tiny spots on him

If the have spots that look like grains of salt yes they have whitespot, they can get bacterial infections on top, increase aeration and add a bacterial med as well.
