Cannot tell from that picture. The belly should be either flat (hungry) or convex (fed). A concave belly is a problem (although it usually just means it needs a good meal).
Ok I’ll try and get another pic and at the store she was with big aggressive fish so she was hiding a lot

Can't see much from that photo, I'm not super knowledgeable with plecs, and there can be other health issues with fish that aren't immediately visible, let alone from visible in a few photos, so you can't rely on people's opinions about whether it's a healthy fish or not.

For that reason, it's always good practice to quarantine any new fish you buy. Much easier to observe the new fish and if any issues arise, cheaper and easier to treat just the QT tank and fish rather than your main tanks, and much better than finding you've introduced an illness to your entire stock, and the risk of losing all of them.

Again, can't tell much from the pic, but I think the redness you're seeing is just the internal organs. More easily visible on an albino/lemon fish to show as an example, but still sometimes show on a darker fish.

Tic Tok is just people's opinions and we all know what opinions are like don't we?

Oh BTW tried to take a photo of my bnp but he is suddenly camera shy. I'm going to have to sneak up on him like the paparazzi.
no worries on getting the pic if it’s too much trouble :)
