Is my molly sick,pregnat,or just shy?

8) Hey,Ijust bougt some male&female molls they were in the some tank when I bought them and the females are somewhat fat but one of the femals is not swimming she just lays on the bottom.What is wrong?? Thanks, please type back i am worried.

I did the samething, bought a new fish and when i put in my tank, i just knew it was gonna die. But it took about 2 days and now they are happy and doing great...so if i don't see no signs of illness i chalk it off to shyness.

Bugjuice, how long ago did you introduce the mollies into the tank? Anytime I introduce Mollies into my tank - it usually takes them between 2-3 days to adjust to the tank and come out from hiding.

As long as she isn't breathing extremely hard, or shows physical signs of injury/illness, I wouldn't worry about it just yet. Give her some time to adjust.
