I know these expensive fish are very hard to acclimatise and often die a few weeks after purchase.
I've had mine two and a half weeks and I'd just like to see if you think he looks healthy (not starving etc.)
I've never seen him eat probably because he hides away alot but there is plenty of food reaching the bottom for him.
He is very active and constantly rasping on the glass/rocks/filter for algea during the evening.
He is about 2" long atm.

I brought one of them a fortnight ago and hes very healthy!
I always put a algae tablet in for him when i turn the fish tank light off!

if he is on the glass and being active it sounds like he is healthy, mine barely exhibited any symptosn before he died, but i did notice he stopped eating. They love zuchini and that was the only time i ever saw him it, he would only eat wafers/ pellets at lights out
