I dont tent to believe things from the sun. I was just researching snakeheads for fun and came across this, found it quite amusing.

what have you not heard? this was a true event, as stated illegally released, for example last year someone released a pirahna down our local river and a fisherman caught it,

not herd anything about it since, mind you the scum has a habit of blowing things out of perportion!

Yes the funny comment about them being more dangerous than pirahna, even pirahna are not mindless killer's, thing with snakeheads is they have a big appitite, they are not fussy about what they eat, they spawn alot and thousand of fry can be produced at one time, so if they took as alreay in north america they will probally desimate the local fish and small wildlife, there is not much that can match a giant snakehead in most freshwater river system's, they are an ultimate predator so will take over so quick, and because this is not there normal system theres nothing to keep them in check....In there natural habitat its fine, come to alien invioroment it would be caterstophic

it takes 2 to tango as it where, but being as our eco-system seams to be plodding along suggests that were in safe hands! for now

The stupid thing about the fact that they stated they found a piranha is that it wasnt even a piranha! LOL it was actually a Pacu and was going to get a heck of a lot bigger than the 20cm they quoted!!!
