Is it ICH or am I overreacting?

When I bought the clown loach I read that it was prone to ICH. And now I feel ike my fish have white spots.

Or could it be air bubbles?

Grrr. I hate this learning curve.

One key difference between ich and just spots is the fact that ich spots will have height. That is, it'll look like there's something attached to the fish's skin, not just a change of color. (Many people describe it as "the fish looks like he's sprinkled with salt").
