What is the correct amount of tablespoons per gallon of water for an artemia tank? I used 4TBSP and I plan to raise them to make fish food. I had a pretty sizable colony before, but had to start over when I put a fish wafer in there that I thought was artemia food - and it fouled up the water. oops. Lesson learned.

To hatch brine shrimp I use 2 tbsp for 1 quart/liter of water. I don't think they're too sensitive to how much? Not sure about that. I feed them to the fish right after they hatch tho. Sounds like you're wanting them to grow to maturity?

The preferred salinity range for culturing brine shrimp is 35-40 ppt (specific gravity 1.024-1.028). And you need real marine salt.

One heaping tablespoon in a two liter soda bottle of water works fine for me. I feed them right away but have never tried to raise them.
