Interpet T5 CF units

Has anybody bought one of the above mentioned units?

I bought one of the 55w units from All 4 fish recently which i was very happy with until i installed it
Everything went fine with the initial fixing of retaining clips etc and i was very happy with the result of adding an extra 55w to my tank in the form of a daylight + bulb. Then after about 10mins of the light being switched on i noticed a sharp zapping noise and noticed to my horror that the buld had dropped into the tank! no fish were harmed but the bulb had snapped clean at the socket and needless to say no longer functioned......
So after getting over the initial hacked off stage i started to work out what had gone wrong and found that the clip on one end was far too wide for my bulb.

So i'm going to be calling Interpet in the morning but if anyone else has one of these units i suggest that you check the retaining clips!!!

Result

Just been speaking with Interpet about the problem that i have had and they are going to send out a replacement clip and a credit note for a new 55w daylight+

Great personal customer service although the wait time can be slightly long to get through.
