Well dont quote me on this but i have the exact same heater in my 60 L tank And it comes off and on not to often so i would say so, Actually it will say on the box wont it! Lol it says on box:
100 watt 45 - 90L
But it also says
the 150 watt heater is suitable for 68 - 135L

So should be fine, The 150 watt one just wouldnt have to work as hard to keep it heated.
